Salena Estate Wines is a 15,000 tonne facility based at
Loxton in the Riverland of South Australia. We are currently
seeking applications to fill a Cellar supervisor position.
The job involves day to day management of a winery
cellar including the supervision of staff and liasing with
winemakers and packaging staff. The work is hands on and
the applicant should be able to work independently.
Practical knowledge and experience in a winery or related
environment would be an advantage, as would a Forklift
license and confined space training.
You will be responsible for;
Ensuring that all Company Standards in relation to Safety,
Quality & Environment are maintained.
Leading by example and demonstrating the companies’
Mentoring and supporting fellow workers to achieve
good people management outcomes and a
Ensuring optimal equipment and labour utilisation.
Effective planning and budgeting across Cellar Operations.
Effective Staff Performance Management.
Ideally you will have demonstrated leadership experience
